Produced on land that was not deforested after 31 December 2020, and for wood, harvested without forest degradation after that date. You prove it with the geolocation of every plot: a single point for plots up to 4 hectares, a polygon for anything larger.
Grown, harvested or raised under the laws of the country of production. That covers land use rights, environmental protection, labour and human rights, tax, anti-corruption and trade rules. In Brazil this usually means the CAR registration and Forest Code compliance, plus IBAMA authorisations and DOF transport documents for timber.
Before the goods are placed on the EU market or exported, the operator files a due diligence statement in the EU's EUDR Information System. It confirms the information was collected, the risk was assessed, and any risk was mitigated to negligible. Records are kept for five years.
Each EUDR-related ecosystem solution is a tailored, end-to-end deployment built on the same OriginsNext platform.
Origin proof and compliance for global soy.
EUDR compliance for Brazilian wood.
Origin-to-cup traceability for coffee.
OriginsNext can help validate your existing data and its alignment to the EUDR for a seamless transition on 30 December 2026.
