Get EUDR ready before 30 December 2026

From 30 December 2026, soy, coffee, wood, cattle, cocoa, palm oil and rubber can only be placed on the EU market, or exported from it, with a due diligence statement showing they are deforestation-free and legally produced. OriginsNext captures the plot data once, checks it, and lets your EU buyer file the due diligence statement in one click.

The core EUDR requirements

Deforestation-free

Produced on land that was not deforested after 31 December 2020, and for wood, harvested without forest degradation after that date. You prove it with the geolocation of every plot: a single point for plots up to 4 hectares, a polygon for anything larger.

Legally produced

Grown, harvested or raised under the laws of the country of production. That covers land use rights, environmental protection, labour and human rights, tax, anti-corruption and trade rules. In Brazil this usually means the CAR registration and Forest Code compliance, plus IBAMA authorisations and DOF transport documents for timber.

Covered by a due diligence statement

Before the goods are placed on the EU market or exported, the operator files a due diligence statement in the EU's EUDR Information System. It confirms the information was collected, the risk was assessed, and any risk was mitigated to negligible. Records are kept for five years.
